The Church believes youth are not only the leaders for tomorrow, they are the leaders of today. The Church is only one generation from extinction. Without youth, there is no future for the Church.

Jurong Church places tremendous emphasis and time on the development of youth ministry. From somewhere in the early teens to mid-twenties, this is the most tumultuous time for any youth. There are major transitions in their lives. From school life to National Service and to career and life partner and marriage, may be. These are major decisions for youth to make. And they need wise counsel, tolerance for mistakes, to be disciplined from time to time, forgiveness, affirmation and lots of grace, love and prayer. And this is the hardest ministry of all the ministries (no question about it). But we believe every youth is an unpolished diamond and when they are nurtured and trained, they will some day shine and sparkle.

We have many events and programs that are lined up for those who belong to this age group. But these programs are not the end. They are a means to help youth to be develop strong values and character, relational in their approach to people, learn to make wise choices and be able to develop strong integrity and communal bonding. Like in all youth groups, we have our challenges too. But we are confident to bring our youth across the "red sea" to the "promised land." Join us in this Exodus experience.
